When you have dealt with the nonsense for so long, and the damage has already been done, the question is no longer whether or not he'll change, the question you now need to ask yourself is, even if he did change... could you ever feel the same?
Reflections Of A Man I & II — eBook Set
Some books help you name what hurts. Others stay with you in the harder place that comes after. This set gives you both. Start with Book I. Continue with Book II.
Reflections Of A Man is for the woman who has loved deeply, questioned herself, made excuses, ignored her intuition, or struggled to find the words for what she has felt. It speaks to the heartbreak, the confusion, the quiet self-doubt, and the strength it takes to choose “you” again, whether you are trying to heal from what has already ended or still trying to make sense of a love that leaves you feeling unseen, unheard, or alone.
Reflections Of A Man II: The Journey Begins With You is what comes after. It's the part of the journey Book I prepared you for. When the recognition has settled and the decision is still waiting. When you can finally accept that love should not cost you everything, and that even when the love is still there, the peace is not.

Do I need to read Book I first?
For most readers, yes — and it will make a significant difference. Book I is where recognition begins. It gives language to what you have been feeling and names the patterns you may have been living inside without fully seeing them. Book II picks up from there. It is written for the woman who already has that foundation and is now ready to go deeper — into the decision, the letting go, and the beginning of rebuilding. If you start with Book II without that context, you will still find value in it. But you will find more if you begin at the beginning.
Is Book II only for women who have already left the relationship?
No. Book II speaks just as directly to the woman who is still in it — still trying to decide, still carrying the emotional weight of a relationship that does not feel the way it once did, still wondering whether staying is wisdom or fear. It also speaks to the woman who has left but has not yet found her way to the other side of it. Wherever you are in the middle, this book was written for that space.
I have already read Book I several times. Is Book II going to feel repetitive?
No. Book II is not a longer version of Book I. The voice is the same but the territory is different. Book I names what is happening. Book II walks you through what comes next — the decision, the permission to let go, the fear of starting over, and the first steps of rebuilding. Readers who have connected deeply with Book I often describe Book II as going somewhere Book I could only point toward.
Will this book tell me whether to stay or leave?
No — and that is intentional. Book II does not make that decision for you. It gives you language for the questions you are already carrying, perspective on the patterns that have brought you here, and space to sit with what you already know. The decision is yours. The book trusts you to make it. What it will do is help you make it from a clearer and more grounded place — rather than from fear, guilt, or the weight of everyone else’s opinion.
Is Book III for me next?
If you have done the work... if you have sat with the hard questions, named what needed to be named, and made the decision that you are ready to put those lessons into practice, then yes, Book III is for you. Not simply because it is the next book in the series, but because it takes what you have come to understand through Books I and II and gives it structure, rhythm, and a more intentional way to show up for yourself every day. Book III is most powerful for the woman who feels emotionally ready for the work it asks of her.
