Free Shipping
Orders of $25 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Same-Day & Next-Day Dispatch
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM PST ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST ship the following business day.
Domestic Shipping Timeframes
- Priority: 2–3 business days
- Standard / Media Mail: 6–8 business days
International Shipping
International shipping is available. Estimated delivery is 10–21 business days from shipment date, depending on destination and customs processing.
Delivery & Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- Carrier tracking (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) is considered proof of delivery. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient moved, unclaimed pickup, or refused delivery, it will be processed as a return:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A 15% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If you would like the order reshipped, a new shipping fee will apply.
- These cases are not covered by the Free Reshipping Guarantee.
Free Reshipping Guarantee
If your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, we will reship your book at no additional cost. To qualify:
- Loss: package not delivered within 30 days (domestic) or 60 days (international) from shipment date.
- Damage: books arriving in unusable condition (e.g., torn, crushed, or water-damaged). Cosmetic wear to packaging is not covered.
- Contact support within 7 days of receiving a damaged order and include photos.
This guarantee ensures your purchase arrives in the condition you expect — if not, we'll make it right.
