Refund policy

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return after your order has shipped, please see our Return Policy below.

Returns

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return your book within 30 calendar days of shipment.

Eligibility

  • Only books purchased directly from Mr. Amari Soul's website are eligible for return.
  • The book must be in unused condition and securely repackaged.
  • Please include the packing slip (and bookmark, if available).

Refunds

  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping paid by us will be deducted from your refund.
  • A 15% processing fee applies to all returns to cover administrative and restocking costs.
  • Returns that are visibly used or unsellable may receive a partial refund (up to 50% of the item price). Damaged items will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Bundle Returns

If your order included a physical book bundled with a digital eBook, and you return the physical book, the retail value of the digital component will be deducted from your refund. Digital eBook sales are final once delivered and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise authorized by our support team. If a prepaid label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Digital Purchases

  • All digital eBook sales are final. Once delivered, no refunds or returns will be accepted.
  • If a physical book bundled with a digital eBook is returned, the retail value of the digital component will be deducted from the refund.

Sustainability

We are committed to reducing waste. Whenever possible, gently used returns are donated to local charities, and unsellable items are responsibly recycled.
