Amari Soul, LLC operates this store and website (the “Services”). We use Shopify to power our storefront. Where this policy conflicts with our Terms solely regarding personal information, this policy controls.

We do not intentionally collect “sensitive” personal information (e.g., government IDs, precise geolocation). If provided, we use it only as necessary to provide the Services and do not use it to infer characteristics.

Relationship with Shopify. Our Services are hosted by Shopify. Shopify may process your data to provide and improve platform services and certain enhanced features (e.g., advertising/measurement services). Selling/Sharing & Targeted Advertising

Some US privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly and may include disclosures to ad partners and services such as Shopify Audiences. If we engage in such activities, you can opt out (see Your Privacy Choices). We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and, where required, browser-based universal opt-out mechanisms.

Your Privacy Choices

  • Opt out of selling/sharing & targeted advertising: Visit Your Privacy Choices (or footer link “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”). Signals sent via GPC/UOOM will also be honored.
  • Cookie Preferences: Use the cookie banner or Cookie Preferences to manage non-essential cookies.
  • Marketing emails/SMS: Use unsubscribe links or reply STOP for SMS.
  • Access, delete, correct, or portability: Submit a request at Privacy Request or email support@mramarisoul.com. We may verify your identity and you may use an authorized agent where permitted.
  • Appeal: If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing support@mramarisoul.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject.

Security & Retention

No security is perfect, but we implement reasonable technical and organizational measures. Information in transit may not be fully secure; avoid sending sensitive data by unsecured channels.

Retention: We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes set out in this policy and as required by law. Typical periods include: orders & tax records (up to 7 years); account data (while your account is active and up to 24 months after inactivity); customer service messages (up to 3 years); marketing preferences (until you opt out or after 24 months of no engagement).

Children’s Data

The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and specifically under 13 in the US). If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

EEA/UK Rights

If you are in the EEA/UK, you have rights to access, delete, correct, port data, and to object/restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where relied upon. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

US State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or obtain a copy of your information, and to opt out of selling/sharing and targeted advertising. You can exercise these rights via Your Privacy Choices or by contacting us. We will respond within the time required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

International Transfers

We may transfer, store, and process personal information outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) or another lawful mechanism for cross-border transfers.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice.
