Taxes, shipping costs, discounts, and other charges are calculated at checkout where applicable. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your jurisdiction or delivery location.

Payment must be received before an order is processed.

6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that was validly placed, fulfilled, delivered, or digitally delivered may result in cancellation of access to digital products, refusal of future orders, or suspension of account access, where permitted by law.

We reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, digital delivery records, customer communications, fraud-prevention records, and other relevant documentation to payment processors, banks, fraud-prevention services, carriers, or other parties involved in resolving a payment dispute.

7. Promotions, Discounts, and Gifts

Promotions, discounts, free gifts, bundles, and special offers may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Promotions cannot be applied retroactively unless we state otherwise. Free gifts, bonus items, bookmarks, inserts, or promotional items have no cash value and may not be returned for credit or refund unless required by law.

If an order containing a promotional item is returned, the promotional item must also be returned in unused condition. If it is not returned, we may deduct its stated or reasonable value from any refund, where permitted by law.

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed.

Once a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled. If your order has already shipped and you wish to return it, please follow our Return Policy.

9. Shipping

Orders of $30 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM PST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST ship the following business day.

Estimated domestic shipping timeframes are:

• Priority: 2–3 business days
• Standard / Media Mail: 6–8 business days

International shipping is available. Estimated international delivery is 10–21 business days from the shipment date, depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or events outside of our control.

10. Shipping Delays

We work to ship orders within the timeframes stated on our website. If we learn that we cannot ship your order within the stated timeframe, we may contact you with an updated shipping estimate.

Where required by law, you will have the option to agree to the delay or cancel the affected portion of your order for a refund.

If we determine that we cannot fulfill an order, we may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

11. Delivery and Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for replacing the order at our expense.

Carrier tracking from USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another shipping provider is considered proof of delivery. If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, you should file a claim directly with the carrier.

12. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient relocation, unclaimed pickup, refusal of delivery, or another delivery issue not caused by us, the order will be processed as a return.

In those cases:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• A 15% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
• If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by us may be deducted from your refund.
• If you would like the order reshipped, a new shipping fee will apply.

These cases are not covered by our Free Reshipping Guarantee.

13. Free Reshipping Guarantee

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged in transit, we will reship your book at no additional cost, subject to the requirements below.

For a lost package to qualify:

• Domestic packages must not be delivered within 30 days from the shipment date.
• International packages must not be delivered within 60 days from the shipment date.

For a damaged package to qualify:

• The book must arrive in unusable condition, such as torn, crushed, or water-damaged.
• Cosmetic wear to the packaging alone is not covered.
• You must contact support within 7 days of receiving the damaged order.
• You must include photos of the damage and packaging.

This guarantee is intended to make sure your purchase arrives in the condition you expect. If it does not, we will make it right according to this policy.

14. Returns

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible books within 30 calendar days of shipment.

To be eligible for return:

• The book must have been purchased directly from the Mr. Amari Soul website.
• The book must be in unused condition.
• The book must be securely repackaged.
• The packing slip should be included.
• The bookmark should be included if available.

Books purchased from third-party retailers, marketplaces, unauthorized sellers, or other websites are not eligible for return through our website.

15. Refunds

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping paid by us will be deducted from your refund.

A 15% processing fee applies to all returns to cover administrative and restocking costs.

Returns that are visibly used or unsellable may receive a partial refund of up to 50% of the item price. Damaged items will not be accepted as standard returns.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

16. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise authorized by our support team.

If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund unless we state otherwise in writing.

17. Bundle Returns

If your order included a physical book bundled with a digital eBook and you return the physical book, the retail value of the digital component will be deducted from your refund.

Digital eBook sales are final once delivered and cannot be returned.

If a bundle includes multiple physical items, all eligible physical items must be returned in unused condition unless our support team authorizes a partial return.

18. Digital Purchases and Digital License

All digital eBook sales and digital download sales are final once delivered, accessed, or made available to you, except where required by applicable law.

When you purchase a digital product, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only. You do not purchase ownership of the underlying content, copyright, files, design, layout, or intellectual property.

You may not copy, share, upload, forward, resell, distribute, reproduce, modify, publish, sublicense, make available, or otherwise transfer any digital product to another person, website, platform, marketplace, file-sharing service, artificial intelligence system, dataset, or digital repository.

You may not remove copyright notices, bypass access controls, share download links, share account access, or use digital files for commercial purposes without written permission.

If you experience trouble accessing a digital product purchased from our website, contact support so we can help you resolve the issue. We are not responsible for access issues caused by incorrect email addresses, customer device limitations, third-party apps, deleted emails, account changes, or actions outside our control, but we may provide reasonable support where possible.

19. Sustainability

We are committed to reducing waste. Whenever possible, gently used returns may be donated to local charities, and unsellable items may be responsibly recycled.

20. Product Descriptions and Availability

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, or other content on the website will always be complete, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change or discontinue products, limit quantities, or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information.

If these Terms conflict with our Privacy Policy regarding personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.

If these Terms conflict with rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law, those non-waivable rights control.

Customer service communications are provided to help resolve individual order issues. They do not modify these Terms unless we clearly state in writing that a specific exception has been approved by an authorized representative of Amari Soul, LLC.

Any exception we approve for one customer or one order does not create a continuing obligation to approve the same or similar exception in the future.
